Diese Nutzungsbedingungen sowie sämtliche separaten Vereinbarungen, im Rahmen derer wir Ihnen Leistungen bereitstellen, unterliegen den Gesetzen von Hongkong und sind entsprechend auszulegen.

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) govern your purchases of products and services available through us (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”). The Company Sites are operated by FUMOT (the “Company”). Your use of the Company Sites and these Terms are also subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Please read these Terms of Purchase, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein carefully before purchasing or using any products or services through the Company Sites. By purchasing or using any products or services through the Company Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase, including, but not limited to, the Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver described below in the Dispute Resolution section.

These Terms of Purchase have been accepted by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms. You represent that you (1) are at least 18 years old, (2) are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (3) are not barred from receiving Services under any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

You agree to purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites in strict accordance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in relation to your purchase, including all relevant regulations in the jurisdiction into which the products are delivered. All calls, emails and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

PRIVACY POLICY:

A copy of the Privacy Policy applicable to the Company's collection, use, disclosure and other processing of personal data is available at beautrich. You agree that any personal information we receive about you (whether through the Company Sites, email, telephone or otherwise) will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Company may update its Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Sites after any changes to the Privacy Policy will mean you accept the changes.

Order processing:

The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide not to process or cancel your order. This may occur, for example, if the requested product or service is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect fraud, or for other reasons that the Company deems appropriate. The Company also reserves the right to verify your identity before processing an order. Company will either not charge you or will refund any amounts previously paid if an order is not processed or canceled. In addition, the Company reserves the right to (i) revoke an offer, (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and (iii) change prices, content, promotions, product descriptions or other information without notice (including after an order has been submitted, confirmed or shipped, to the extent permitted by law).

Product and service descriptions:

The Company endeavors to provide accurate descriptions of the products and services. However, it assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, reliability or freedom from errors of these descriptions. If a product or service is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with the terms set forth in these Terms of Purchase.

Price information:

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information, but cannot eliminate pricing errors. If a product or service is mispriced due to an error, the Company may, in its sole discretion, not process or cancel the order and will notify you by email. In addition, the Company reserves the right to correct any errors in stated pricing.

Availability of products and services:

The company pages may contain information about the availability of products. This information is intended only as an estimate of the expected shipping time after receipt of the order. However, the Company cannot guarantee that items marked "in stock" will be shipped immediately as inventory levels may change daily. If an ordered product is no longer available, the company will inform you by email and remove the product from the order.

Additional Disclaimers and Obligations:

Products and services purchased through the Company Sites: (a) may not carry manufacturer warranties, (b) may come without service or support options, (c) may not contain product instructions in your language, (d) may not be manufactured to the standards of your jurisdiction, and (e) may not meet your country's electrical requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for your use and may be imported.

Steer:

You are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the Products are delivered, including but not limited to sales taxes, VAT or duties.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
